Iconic album name, iconic album cover, a legacy with a whole recording studio, I really thought I'd like this album more. It stars SO strong with Come Together (though I always wanted a little more from the drums in the Chorus). It can't get close to that peak for the rest of the album, which is kind of a bummer. I always thought Maxwell's Silver Hammer was just another schlocky silly song, but I finally heard the lyrics and it's amusingly dark, so, I like that. Not a bad album, but very regular after the white album's grandiosity and energy.
